DS-41 Bag sealer
The DS-41 automatically decuffs, stretches and heat seals the bag. Even randomly with multiple box sizes, and up to 16 bags per minute.
Used in many different industries, the bag sealer is equipped with a heavy duty roller conveyor and adjustable stopper system for high speed case transfer of filled boxes. The intelligent stepper driven stretchers guarantee a correct film tension to ensure a perfect seal.
The DS-41 is designed to close multiple box sizes in random order, to optimize the efficiency of your packing line.

Combine the DS-41 bag sealer with a Pattyn case erector, bag inserter, weigh filler, case closer and palletizer to profit from a fully automated bulk packaging line.
