Linear vibratory weigh filler LVF‑34A-D
The LVF-34A-D linear vibratory filler with one head offers the most suitable solution to weigh and fill fragile products up to 60 x 60 x 60 mm, such as: IQF fruits and vegetables, dried fruit and candy.
Equipped with 3 vibrating pans: one for taking the product out of the bunker, one big pan for coarse filling and one small pan for fine dosing.
Gross filling straight into the box allows to reduce drop height and to prevent products from sticking in a weigh hopper.
The LVF-34A-D runs up to 5 c/min depending on product and weight.
Combine with
Combine the LVF-34A-D with a Pattyn case erector, bag inserter, bag sealer, case closer and palletizer to profit from a fully automated bulk packaging line.
