Linear vibratory weigh filler LVF‑34A/B
The LVF-34A/B linear vibratory filler with one or two heads offers the most suitable solution to weigh and fill dry bulk products up to 60 x 60 x 60 mm, such as: diced & sliced IQF fruits and vegetables, dried non sticky fruits and candy.
Equipped with 3 vibrating pans: one for taking the product out of the bunker, one big pan for coarse filling and one small pan for fine dosing.
The linear filler offers net filling up to 6 c/min for the LVF-34A and up to 10 c/min for the LVF-34B (depending on product and weight).
Combine with
Combine the LVF-34A/B with a Pattyn case erector, bag inserter, bag sealer, case closer and palletizer to profit from a fully automated bulk packaging line.
