Linear vibratory weigh filler LVF‑15A-D
The LVF-15A-D one head linear vibratory filler offers the most suitable solution to weigh and fill high volume products up to 100 x 100 x 100 mm, such as: margarine flakes and dehydrated & sliced fruit.
Equipped with 1 big vibrating pan, the LVF-15A-D fills the product straight into boxes. Gross filling straight into the box allows to reduce drop height, to offer a more constant product filling and to prevent products from sticking in a weigh hopper.
Standard equipped with integrated scale, colour touch panel and stainless steel support frame.
The LVF-15A-D runs up to 5 c/min depending on product and weight.
Combine with
Combine the LVF-15A-D with a Pattyn case erector, bag inserter, bag sealer, case closer and palletizer to profit from a fully automated bulk packaging line.
